Located within Muda Reserve, the house is discreetly set among the trees, surrounded by olive groves and open forest, offering privacy, calm and a true sense of escape. Set on 4.5 hectares of land, the architecture is modern and understated, allowing nature to remain the true centerpiece while providing a comfortable and refined retreat for short and extended stays.

At Muda Estate every space has been carefully designed by Imaaya Creatives with exceptional attention to detail. Natural materials such as wood and stone shape the interiors, allowing the house to blend effortlessly with the surrounding landscape. Open spaces invite nature inside, while bespoke design elements created specifically for this home give it a refined and unique character.

Indoor spaces

The fully equipped kitchen features premium-class appliances and a complete set of tableware, including handcrafted ceramic dishes, supporting both everyday comfort and elevated shared dining experiences. Open-concept kitchen, centered around a large island, flows naturally into an elegant dining area for up to twelve guests, making it ideal for shared meals, long evenings and memorable gatherings. From here, the space continues into a welcoming living room anchored by an exceptionally large, comfortable sofa and a central fireplace that becomes the heart of relaxed, atmospheric nights.

At the heart of the residence lies a striking open living space, defined by generous proportions and abundant natural light. Large glass openings dissolve the boundary between indoors and outdoors, leading seamlessly onto a spacious wooden deck with a saltwater swimming pool, an intimate fire pit and uninterrupted views of nature. Every element has been designed to invite connection with the landscape, with one another and with the slower rhythm of life.

The estate comfortably welcomes up to 10 guests. It features a spacious master bedroom and four additional bedrooms with a king-size beds - all designed to provide comfort, privacy and a relaxed stay for every guest.

Four bedroom comes with its own private bathroom, complete with a bathtub and a shower. The bathrooms are made with natural materials like stone and wood, giving them a warm, organic feel. Heated floors are included in every bathroom, adding a touch of luxury and comfort.

Each bathroom is designed as a peaceful retreat, featuring a private indoor garden and direct access to a small, intimate terrace, allowing every guest to enjoy their own connection with nature. In your own bathroom, you can soak in the bath surrounded by olive and fig trees.

Expansive glass doors seamlessly connect the interior with the surrounding reserve and forest, allowing the home to dissolve into nature. The exterior has been designed with the same level of care and detail as the interiors, reflecting the way life in Portugal naturally unfolds outdoors for most of the day.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large swimming pool surrounded by natural wooden decking that blends gently into the landscape without disrupting the sense of nature. Comfortable sun loungers, beach chairs, and soft outdoor poufs invite slow days in the sun, whether for reading, resting, or simply taking in the surroundings. A large wooden dining table brings everyone together for long lunches and dinners, while the outdoor grill makes evenings even more delicious with a touch of Portuguese flavor.

Set within the tranquil Muda Reserve in Portugal’s Comporta region, the estate is surrounded by olive groves, forest, and open natural landscapes, offering privacy and a true sense of escape. Discreetly positioned among the trees, it provides a peaceful environment immersed in nature while still remaining accessible - approximately 1.5 hours from Lisbon and a short drive from Comporta and the Atlantic coast.

The approximately 600 m² Estate accommodates up to 10 guests and sits on 4.5 hectares of land, creating a space where architecture and landscape coexist in harmony. Generous indoor and outdoor areas provide both openness and intimacy, making it ideal for shared stays while preserving privacy for each guest.
